POLICIES FOR LESSONS GIVEN BY TISH
1903 Cheyenne Drive, Carrollton, TX 75010
Phone: (972) 236-4550 (469) 865-8831
Only one vehicle on my side of the street at one time. If you are waiting to park in front of my house... please do so on the other side of the street. Waiting in front of my neighbors’ houses for even three seconds could prevent them from parking if they come home.
Please do not double park in the middle of the street. (There is a traffic light.)
Park only beside the music note in the flowerbed. This will allow room for the mail delivery truck.
For your safety… I would like to suggest that you park in my driveway and enter through my patio door.
(I have music notes on my garage door.) Please leave enough room for two vehicles in the driveway.
NO MAKE-UP LESSONS, NO RESCHEDULING,
NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR MISSED LESSONS...NO EXCEPTIONS!
This means no changing of time slot or day on a temporary basis. (See the CALL LIST at the end of these policies for help with this.)
